Conditions

Capacity:

It is not allowed to exceed the number of guests stated in the reservation. If there are additional guests on a temporary basis, this must be indicated at the time of booking.

If the number of guests changes after booking, the reservation can be updated, as long as the maximum capacity allows it. A new confirmation will be issued with the updated number of guests. The number of guests can be modified up to 24 hours before check-in.

The number of guests will exclusively be those indicated in the contract, including children from 2 years old. Entry may be denied or guests may be asked to leave if the maximum capacity is exceeded. In such cases, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

 

Number of guests:

Children from 2 years old are included in the total capacity. The total number of guests, including infants, must be provided when confirming the reservation.

 

Traveller registration:

In accordance with Catalan Government regulations, identification and registration of all guests is required (ID card or passport, full name, date of birth, nationality).

 

Tourist tax:

The applicable tourist tax for tourist accommodation will be charged upon arrival. This tax must be paid directly at check-in. It does not apply to guests under 16 years old.

 

Cot / High chair:

If you require a baby cot, it must be requested at the time of booking. The cot includes a mattress and bedding.

If you require a high chair, it must also be requested at the time of booking. The high chair is provided at no extra cost.

 

Deposit:

A security deposit is required for all stays and is calculated at the time of booking. The deposit is pre-authorised on a credit/debit card.

The deposit is released within 48 hours after check-out, once the proper condition of the accommodation has been verified. It will be refunded to the same card.

 

Cancellations:

If the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of booking, 100% of the deposit will be refunded, unless the reservation was made less than 1 month before arrival.

Cancellation penalties:

  • 50% of the deposit if cancelled more than 18 months before arrival.
  • 100% of the deposit if cancelled less than 18 months before arrival.

Cancellation less than 6 months before arrival implies payment of 50% of the total reservation amount.

No-show or cancellation less than 1 month before arrival implies payment of 100% of the total reservation amount.

In cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond the client’s control, the same cancellation policy applies.
